Data we collect
- Access request form: full name, work email, company name, role, optional message. Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your request.
- Payment data: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing address and payment status. We never see or store your full card details.
- Usage data: pages visited, browser type, device type, referral source, and anonymized IP address collected via analytics tools.

Legal basis under GDPR Art. 6
- Art. 6(1)(a), Consent: analytics cookies (Google Analytics), set only after explicit consent via our cookie banner.
- Art. 6(1)(b), Contract performance: providing the service you subscribe to, billing, and responding to sales and onboarding enquiries.
- Art. 6(1)(f), Legitimate interest: security logging and fraud prevention.
Data retention
Form submissions are retained for 24 months or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Cookie data is retained per the periods set out in the Cookie Policy below.
Data transfers
Some of our service providers are based in the United States: Vercel (website hosting and Vercel Analytics), Google (Google Analytics), Stripe (payments) and HubSpot (form submissions and contact management). Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision where the provider is certified, and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses otherwise.

Response time
We aim to respond to all data subject requests within 30 days of receipt. For complex requests, we may extend this by a further two months and will notify you accordingly.
Terms of Service
Service description
Proxy AI One is a software product developed and operated by Enco Mikołaj Stachowiak. It is a security layer that tokenizes sensitive data before it is sent to external AI models and restores the original context in the response. The Individual plan is billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Team and enterprise plans are governed by a separate agreement.
No warranties
Except as expressly agreed in writing, the service is provided as-is. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, technology and intellectual property on this site belongs to Enco Mikołaj Stachowiak. Nothing on this site grants you any license or right to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of this site or the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Polish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent common courts in Warsaw, Poland. If you are a consumer, this does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify customers of material changes by email or by posting a notice on this page.
